The administrator of one of the busiest hospitals in Tennessee will be the new president and chief executive officer of the St. Vincent Health System, health system officials announced last week. Stephen L. Mansfield, 47, will take over leadership on May 1 of the health system, with its more than 3,500 Arkansas employees in five hospitals, 23 primary care clinics, a home health agency and several joint ventures. Mansfield is currently the administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-East at Memphis, which is the flagship hospital of the not-for profit Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp....
