CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - The Air Force yesterday delayed the planned launch next week of the space shuttle Atlantis on a secretive flight because of problems with a spy satellite aboard the ship. "Details are classified, and it is too early to predict a new launch date," the Air Force said in a two-sentence statement. The Air Force described the problem as "anomalies discovered during cargo testing." Capt.
