Neighbors gather together in effort to fight crime

Racine -- While thousands of people turned out for large National Night Out celebrations around the city Tuesday night, a small gathering of about 15 people on the far north side symbolized the reason behind an event aimed at stopping crime and getting to know the neighbors.
