Law firm, Goodwin Proctor, has leased roughly 238,000 s/f at 1095 Avenue of the Americas. The deal is the second with a law firm in the 1.2 million s/f tower, coming just weeks after the building's landlord, Equity Office Properties(EOP), announced that Dechert LLP had taken floors 25 through 31 in a 234,238 s/f lease.
