the federal government, the Oklahoma Senate decided Wednesday.
The vote was 25-19 to approve Senate Joint Resolution 51 by Sen. Robert Miller, D-Beggs.
The state deeded Fountainhead and Arrowhead lodges, both in eastern Oklahoma, back to the federal government last fall under threat of foreclosure on a $15 million loan.
A week ago, the Senate rejected Miller's idea on a 20-21 vote.
It takes 25 votes to pass a bill in the state Senate.
"If we can open Fountainhead back up, we can open up 100 to 150 jobs in my district," Miller said.
