Senator McCain: Now, when the Iraqi Liberation Act was passed, General, you said, quote, "I don't think these questions have been thought through or answered. If they have, no one asked me about it. I'll be honest with you, I don't see the parts of this act that make it sensible." Yours were the most vociferous of official statements condemning the Iraqi Liberation Act, which by the way, happened to be a law that was passed and signed by the president of the United States. Do you still believe that the act represents an expensive pipe dream?
