One of the signal moments of Seamus Oneal's life took place on a summer night in 1993, in a chapel on the grounds of the Mormon Temple in Kensington. For years, Mr. Oneal, a retired Army officer and amateur organist and pianist, had worked virtually full time at his home on Stoneybrook Drive in the shadow of the massive temple, orchestrating and composing.
