Welles, Elaine Philadelphia Tribune, The 12-21-2004 The mother of the 10-year-old arrested recently for bringing scissors to school is considering legal action.

"Nothing has been filed yet, but she is certainly considering all of her options," said Pat McKinney, the attorney for Rose Jackson, whose daughter Porsche Brown was handcuffed and arrested at the Thomas Holmes Elementary School in the Northeast section of the city.
