Teens are invited to chat with award-winning author Sarah Dessen at 7 p.m. Monday, May 17, when she visits Buckhill Book Shop, 1040 Lititz Pike, Lititz.
The American Library Association named each of Dessen's first five novels a Best Book for Young Adults. Last summer's movie "How to Deal'' was based on her novels "Someone Like You'' and "That Summer.''
Now Dessen, who teaches creative writing at her alma mater, the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, has just released her sixth novel, "The Truth About Forever,'' which she will sign at the store.
