A growing domestic market has prompted several New York publishers to jump on the bandwagon to publish fiction in Spanish. This spring, Simon & Schuster will try to get a different bandwagon rolling, when it launches a new paperback imprint for nonfiction in Spanish: Simon & Schuster/Aguilar Libros en Espanol. And, also for the spring, HarperCollins will inaugurate its Spanish imprint, HarperLibros, with a mix of fiction, non-fiction and children's books.
