IN ONE OF the most ambitious moves yet by a book publisher into the electronic publishing world, Simon & Schuster has formed a new imprint, Macmillan Digital USA. The new imprint will be responsible for producing and distributing reference and computer book content in electronic formats, including CD-ROM and online.
