Reading about the airlift of Armenian children for medical treatment in this country {Feb. 10} reminded me again of the emotional yo-yo on which we hang. Bombarded daily by news of the heinous things man does to man, we are sometimes reminded of the wonderfully kind and creative spirit that lies within us by news such as this. Last week, scarcely noticed by the media, a troupe of Russian actors arrived in Rockville to put on their version of "Hamlet" at Montgomery College.
