The new Roche Headquarters is a concrete-framed building which was delivered so efficiently that the client could afford an additional building on the site within the original budget and was able to move in two months early. This highly rationalised concrete structure provided capital cost efficiencies by shortening the construction period and making coordination with services and architectural components easy.
