Albert D. Ritchie, 94, of Ithaca, NY, died suddenly April 17, 2003 of pneumonia. He was born in Saratoga Springs on October 18, 1908, the third and youngest October child of Emily Louise Olmsted and Albert David Ritchie. Al won the Yaddo Medal in 1926 while at Saratoga High. He enjoyed sports throughout life, competing in speed skating and playing tennis, winning the singles title at the 1940 Lochlea Tournament.
