Costly error Norfolk was leading 3-2 in the fourth inning but was in trouble as the Braves (28-17) had runners at first and third. When T.J. Bohn broke for second base, Tides catcher J.R. House threw a strike and had Bohn caught between bases. The trick, however, became having the Tides retire Bohn before Gregor Blanco, who was on third, could break for home and score. It looked as if the Tides (21-28) had accomplished that, but Tides first baseman Mike Cervenak missed second baseman Eider Torres' throw and the ball rolled into the Tides' dugout, allowing Blanco to trot home.
