NBC comes up with another retelling of a literary classic featuring special effects, "The Tempest," starring Peter Fonda and airing Sunday at 9. And if that isn't enough, NBC precedes that special with an hour-long collection of songs inspired by the DreamWorks film "The Prince of Egypt" and sung by 10 top artists. "When You Believe: Music Inspired by `The Prince of Egypt' " airs Sunday at 8 and features Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, DC Talk, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Alison Krauss, Wynonna, CeCe Winans and Brian McKnight.
