Celebrated poet, novelist and essayist Margaret Walker will be spotlighted as the Chicago Public Library continues its celebration of Black History Month. The free two-part program will be held on Thursday, February 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Carter G. Woodson Regional Library, 9525 South Halsted.
