In Memoriam

On Easter Sunday in the early evening, which this year was also the second day of Passover, the time we celebrate the passage from slavery to freedom, Iqbal Masih was shot dead in Pakistan. Preliminary evidence suggests that his killing was related to his activities, described here in words I wrote when he was honored in Boston last December, words now offered in his memory.
