Tri-TAC, a technical advisory committee based in California which focuses on publicly-owned treatment works, had developed a control guidance document for reducing volatile organic compound emissions. Designers, operators and regulators alike are expected to benefit from the document. Among the information provided by the Tri-TAC guidelines are a logical process to develop appropriate control technologies for facility expansion and retrofit projects, cost and sizing data and vendor references.
