The Redskins signed draft picks Anthony Montgomery, Kedric Golston and Kevin Simon yesterday. Montgomery, a defensive lineman, was taken in the fifth round out of Minnesota. Golston, a defensive tackle out of Georgia, was taken in the sixth round. Simon, a linebacker from Tennessee, was picked in the seventh. . . . Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting a woman. It is his second arrest since he was drafted in the first round out of Ohio State. Holmes, 22, was arrested at an apartment just after midnight Monday morning on charges of domestic violence...
