University Wire 10-03-2005 (The Daily Vidette) (U-WIRE) NORMAL, Ill. -- The ISU football team came up short in their Gateway Football Conference opener, falling to the Youngstown State Penguins 20-17. The Redbirds led the contest until the fourth quarter, when the Penguins capitalized on a few inopportune turnovers. The Penguins got out to the early lead, scoring a touchdown to cap off an 80-yard drive.
