Single county voice sought to deal with issues
TIPP CITY - A proposed committee Councilman Bill Jones hopes will help the city and its southern Miami County neighbors be better prepared for future proposals from Dayton International Airport got mixed reactions from the City Council.
The council in November voted to support forming the committee, with the working title Northern Miami Valley Airport Committee, but the city's proposed partners - the county commissioners and Monroe Twp. trustees - have not decided yet if they'll join.
