The art collection of Dr. Albert C. Barnes was exhibited in a show called 'From Cezanne to Matisse: Masterpieces from the Barnes Foundation.' Seventy-two works of legendary French artists such as Renoir, Cezanne, Van Gogh and Matisse during the later part of the 19th century and the early part of the 20th century were displayed. The works were borrowed from the Barnes Foundation, which keeps almost 2,000 works of art covering the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist periods.
