A WOMAN who spent more than 25 years living in a car parked in a Chiswick street until the council towed it away has seen her latest shelter destroyed by the same authority. Anne Naysmith, 65, right, the Rag Lady of Chiswick, had a garden in a corner of a car park, which she used as a shelter. But contractors working for Hounslow council destroyed it.
