A WOMAN who spent more than 25 years living in a car parked in a Chiswick street until the council towed it away has seen her latest shelter destroyed by the same authority. Anne Naysmith, 65, right, the Rag Lady of Chiswick, had a garden in a corner of a car park, which she used as a shelter. But contractors working for Hounslow council destroyed it. The council has been accused of "petty discrimination" by solicitors. Miss Naysmith had lived in her Ford Consul for 26 years, known as a harmless eccentric.
