LUCA CUMANI bounced back here yesterday from a month which might have had lesser men withdrawing to the library with a pistol to notch his first Group winner of the domestic season, courtesy of Arkadian Hero in the Criterion Stakes. At the Epsom and Royal Ascot festivals the Newmarket- based Italian had to suffer as his former charges Daliapour, Kalanisi and Kathiyka, removed to other premises by the Aga Khan earlier in the year, won the Coronation Cup, Queen Anne Stakes and Duke Of Edinburgh Handicap respectively.
