In the five years since it was established AddMaster has built up a range of more than 700 additive masterbatches through its focus on research and development. The most recent has been its work with Glassflake which has resulted in the FlameMaster series of flame retardants. These can be used to replace halogenated flame retardants without needing the high addition rates of other halogen replacements which can damage the physical properties of the polymer.
