Downtown parade and festivities celebrate culture and community. Even the governor couldn't pass it up. A river of red, white and blue flowed through downtown Lancaster Saturday as the 27th Puerto Rican Day Parade made its way from South Duke Street to Lancaster Square on North Queen Street. It wasn't the red, white and blue of the Stars and Stripes. Instead, it was hundreds of Puerto Rican flags, featuring five broad red-and-white stripes, one blue triangle and one white star.
