SUMMARY
The photosynthetic capacity changes and the main enzymatic systems related to carbon metabolism were investigated during the in vitro culture of plantain shoots (Musa AAB cv. CEMSA 3/4) in temporary immersion bioreactors (TIB) and their subsequent acclimatization.
