To newspaper readers, it was a touching Associated Press photograph of a homeless man, wrapped in a blanket and shaking hands with Mayor Thomas M. Menino. But for one Uxbridge man, it was the key that led to a reunion with his missing brother. On Wednesday morning, Brian Goodwin, 52, received a call from his sister-in-law asking him to check out a photograph in the Telegram & Gazette of Worcester.
