Quincy Jones, winner of 26 Grammy Awards and an Emmy Award, as well as a prolific composer, producer and humanitarian will be the fourth recipient of Philadelphia's Marian Anderson Award, Mayor John F. Street announced during a recent press conference at the Soffitel Hotel.
