The House and Senate are poised to pass the New England Patriots $70 million stadium bill today, after legislative committees swiftly reviewed and endorsed the plan yesterday.
In less than a month, the stadium plan has gone from a longshot to one that has support from most key business and political leaders. While the bill speeds along, corporations are promising to buy the luxury suites that will make a new stadium affordable for team owner Robert Kraft.
