A PATIENT died after falling from a window at a London hospital. Hopeton Minnel, who was admitted to King's College Hospital after suffering a fit, had complained to his family that drugs he had been given there had left him confused, they said. Today his f amily demanded to know why the 36-year-old father had not been under closer supervision. Mr Minnel, a construction worker, was admitted to the hospital last Monday after having a seizure.
