There are no belly dancers or beaded curtains at Pasha Cafe. (The only beads skirt the wall sconces.) Nor is there a pasha, sitting grandly on his throne surrounded by dark-eyed beauties. What one does find in this delightful, casual restaurant is members of the Aly family from Egypt, who go out of their way to make customers happy. The cook and matriarch is Khadija Aly.
