Downstairs at the Exchange (148 State St.) there's a series of connected rooms and VIP enclaves that the club calls the Vault because, well, it once was one. (Shawmut/Fleet used to hunker down there pre-'97.) The owner, who goes by one name, Harry, kept the 22.5- ton bank vault door, although he added blue lights, and left the safety deposit boxes intact.
