Center Robert Parish, who hyperextended his knee Sunday against Philadelphia, will miss at least two games and won't leave with the team when it begins its three-game road trip tonight in Atlanta. The injury is not serious, said team doctor Arnold Scheller, and Parish's situation will be "reassessed as we go along." X-rays taken yesterday showed no ligament or cartilage damage. Parish said his knee was extremely sore and stiff, and he spent most of yesterday with it iced. Still, Parish hadn't lost his sense of humor.
