* GDP growth is set to exceed the 2006 rate of over 8%, driven by a further expansion in Canal traffic: container transits were up 10% and total transits up 3.7% in the year to endSeptember. FDI rose 19.4% to US$600m in H1, of which 30% went into the colon freezone and 23% into financial services.
