Pamela Lynn Hall, 48, a former circulation manager with the Bowie Blade-News, died Nov. 15 at her Bowie home of lung cancer and Crohn's disease. Mrs. Hall was born in the District and grew up in Fairfax County. She graduated from W.T. Woodson High School in 1976 and received an undergraduate degree in business administration from James Madison University in 1980. She worked briefly with a Saudi Arabian development corporation in Roslyn.
