Adjustable sights have generally fallen from favor on automatic pistols unless they are purely used for target shooting. The knock is adjustable sights are fragile and may not stand up to the rigors of daily carry. I don't think that's entirely true, but the trend was firmly established by the excellent Novak fixed sights, or similar styles, that have become almost standard on pistols these days.
Of course the problem with fixed sights is they aren't easily adjusted and if the factory doesn't get it right, or you're installing new ones, moving front and rear sights can be a trying experienc...
