Several reviewers have got very excited about Sam Walters's revival of Major Barbara at the Orange Tree, where it's playing as part of a Shaw season celebrating the 150th anniversary of his birth. While it's definitely an enjoyable production, however, the idea that Shaw's play has become hugely topical thanks to its twin themes of religion and bombs is a bit of an overstatement.
