An ice storm and a big football game kept attendance low at the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra's Sunday afternoon performance. The Kennedy Center Terrace Theater had more open seats than occupied ones, and even the scheduled piano soloist, Radu Lupu, was unable to make it for a performance of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23.
