A three-time drunken driver charged Tuesday with injuring a Menomonee Falls butcher and his wife in a crash Sunday had a nearly empty bottle of vodka under his truck seat, prosecutors said.

Stephen L. Wheeles, 48, of West Bend told police the accident was "not his fault" and that he was making a left turn when the butcher's car suddenly appeared and struck his pickup truck, according to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday.
