PRESENTATIONS
Imaging, in combination with physical examination and pathologic evaluation, is a key clement of cancer diagnosis and staging. To date, cancer imaging largely focuses on determining the precise localization of the primary tumor and sites of metastatic disease. Elements of a diagnostic report include the site and size of a cancer as well as the nodal status and the presence of disease in other organs.
