Three Oklahoma men left early this week on a mission to fulfill a promised educational exchange between Oklahoma City and its sister city, Haikou, China.

The exchange program is the result of commitments made between Oklahoma City Mayor Ronald J. Norick and city officials of Haikou, China, during the mayor's visit there last fall.
