Julia Morgan died suddenly on November 24, 2001. Julia worked as a health visitor in Hailsham, east Sussex from 1979 to 1994. She trained as a nurse and midwife at University College Hospital, London. A brief sojourn running a trekking centre in Shropshire, her first love, was followed by several years midwifery and a foray into management. Julia was a founder member of the team health visiting concept, which ran in Hailsham between 1989 and 1997.
