THIS IS a review telling you to see "The Royal Tenenbaums" because director Wes Anderson's films are always good. But the recommendation comes carefully measured. I can't muster a royal rave. I wanted to love it. Really I did, because Anderson, who made the fabulous "Bottle Rocket" and "Rushmore," is my main man. My auteur. My filmmaking squeeze.
