Brazil's O Boticario has revamped its sun protection line with Golden Plus, to be launched later this month, following three years of research and development costing around $2m.
The company claims the new line boasts innovative sun protection thanks to the use of photostable filters UVA and UVB. The line also features a photo protection system that, the company says, inhibits damage to Langerhans cells--the skin's guardians against foreign agents, like viruses and bacteria.
