Developer Struggles to Escape Legal and Debt Swamps," Business} breezily characterizes Wilson as a courageous crusader fighting the "bureaucracy gone wild" and his criminal conviction as a temporary business setback. These are unfortunate and misleading portrayals. Wilson, chairman and CEO of Interstate General Corp.
