TEANECK - It was the recent images of soldiers being welcomed home from the Iraq war that made Frank Mezzadri show up at the Teaneck Armory on Thursday.
For 36 years, the River Vale resident had never received formal recognition for the year he spent fighting in the jungles of Vietnam.
