Visitors who dress as pirates can cruise for free Saturday on New York Harbor.
New York Waterway and Heritage Trails New York open their 1997 season with festivities beginning at 11 a.m. "Blackbeard," a tour guide, will recount pirate lore at the South Street Seaport.
