Nurdin and Peacock is faced with legal action by David Poole, former managing director, and has warned of a drop in profit. The company forecasts a profit of between 15 million pounds sterling and 18 million pounds compared with 32 million pounds, due to costs such as those incurred from setting up Cargo Club. Cargo Club has three branches in the UK. David Poole is claiming three years' pay entitlement following termination of his employment from Dec 31 1994.
